Terms, Cancellations & Refunds

By engaging PHASE Now Business Solutions (“Company”), you agree to the following:

Scope & Payment

• Services are provided according to the scope in your signed agreement or invoice.

• Payment must be made as required before work begins.

• You must provide complete and accurate information. The Company is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

One-Time Fee Services

• All one-time fee services are non-refundable once payment is made.

• This applies regardless of whether work has started.

Monthly Services

• You may cancel monthly services at any time by email.

• Payments already collected are non-refundable.

• Cancellation stops future charges only.

No Refunds After Use

• No refunds are issued once work is accepted, approved, or used in any way.

No Chargebacks

• By making payment, you agree not to dispute or reverse charges through your bank, credit card, PayPal, or any other payment service once work has begun.

Termination

• The Company may terminate services for non-payment, breach of agreement, or misconduct.

Disputes & Enforcement

• Any disputes must be resolved through court proceedings in the Company’s jurisdiction.

• The Company is prepared to pursue and defend its rights in court to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Notice

We take our agreements seriously. Attempting to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after work has begun, accepted, approved, or used will result in immediate legal action to recover the full amount owed plus any related legal costs.
