    $1,200 / month

      • I will enter your bills and create your invoices

    • Hands-on partnership to optimize how your money flows in and out of your business

Accounts Payable & Receivable Plans

    • 1 W-2 (additional W-2s: $25 each)
    • Add dependents, credits (CTC, EIC, etc.)
    • IRS identity verification, if requested
    • Basic follow-up support post-filing

  • Earn

    Starts at $500

     

    Best for:

    For freelancers, contractors, gig workers, and self-employed individuals.  Perfect for those with 1099-NEC, Schedule C, or multiple income streams.

    • Prepare Schedule C (self-employment income & expenses)
    • Add multiple 1099s
    • Home office deduction, mileage, and equipment depreciation (if applicable)
    • Estimated quarterly tax guidance
    • Optional bookkeeping review for accuracy (+$100)

  • Operate

    Starts at $900

     

    Best for:

    For small business owners, LLCs, and high-earning solopreneurs.  Ideal for growing businesses with employees or contractors, and more complex financials.

     

    Everything in Earn, plus:

    • Full business return prep (Schedule C or 1120-S, if applicable)
    • Multi-entity coordination (e.g., LLC + personal)
    • End-of-year financials compiled from QBO
    • Reasonable compensation & S-Corp analysis
    • Audit prep support (if selected for review)
    • Optional strategy call for next year planning (+$150)
